Founder & Head Trainer - Iron City K9
Born and raised in the heart of Chicago, Favian Rangel has been around dogs his entire life. From an early age, he developed a natural ability to read canine behavior and understand how dogs think, communicate, and respond to structure.
At just 26 years old, Favian has dedicated his life to mastering the relationship between dog and handler. His training focuses on clear communication, accountability, and building trust through structure—not shortcuts. Every dog trained at Iron City K9 is approached as an individual, with the goal of creating real understanding between dog and human.
Favian believes great training goes beyond commands. It’s about connection, consistency, and setting standards that carry into everyday life. Every dog that enters Iron City K9 is given the tools to operate at a higher level—calm, confident, and reliable.
